Hey there!
This week is the Student Leadership Team from 8:15-9:15 after youth group. We’ll be talking about what it could look like to start sharing the gospel with our friends, and discussing how we can make youth group more effective at helping students follow Jesus!
Students on the Student Leadership Team are asked to be there. All other students are invited to join to grow in their leadership.
WHAT WE’RE LEARNING
Our Series
The Spirit of God is full of mystery. Most Christians struggle to know what to make of Him. We will be looking at what the Bible says the Spirit is and how His influence affects our life and faith.
This week we are studying 1 Corinthians 12:1–11 and Galatians 5:22–24 and focusing on how we show evidence of our faith through the fruits of the Spirit.
Questions You Can Ask
If you’d like to start a conversation with your student about our lesson, consider these:
What gifts has the Spirit given you?
How are you using them for the Kingdom of God?
If other people were to describe you—your actions, speech, relationships—would they include the fruits of the Spirit?
